We always do our utmost to provide the very best service for our clients. However, on rare occasions, we recognise there may be times where our clients may not be entirely satisfied.

To ensure we put things right as soon as possible, please read our complaints procedure below, and rest assured, we will respond promptly and ensure complete satisfaction.

Upon completion of tree works, please inspect the work with Nigel or Lead Tree Surgeon to ensure everything has been carried out to our usual high standard.

If this is not possible, please inspect at your earliest convenience.

In the unlikely event there is anything you are not completely satisfied with, please contact us straight away in order that we can rectify any errors as soon as possible.

We aim to respond within 3 days of receiving your complaint and will provide you with a date to remedy any issues raised. We will also inform you of the name of the person dealing with the complaint, and keep you informed during the process.

Where Carringtons Tree Surgery are unable to resolve your complaint using our own complaints procedure, as a Which? Trusted Trader we have a range of support services available to us and to our customers.  One of these services is access to an independent Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) service, which enables our customers to seek an impartial review of a complaint in the unlikely event that we are unable to resolve it between ourselves.

In the unlikely event of that we cannot remedy your complaint to your satisfaction and you may wish to refer your complaint to them. If you wish to do so please contact Which? Trusted Traders in the first instance on 0117 981 2929.
